If you saw my post a couple days ago, I introduced the concept of making monthly goals that you can accomplish 20 out of the 30 (or 31 or 28 or 29) days of the month.

Some of you may be still going strong on your new year's resolutions, while others may have already fallen off the wagon just 1 month into the year. The great thing is that whatever group you fall into, this plan can work for you.

I wanted to recap all the challenges I have done since December of 2014. This should give you lots of ideas of what you could do for a 20 in 30 challenge.

December 2014 - Green Smoothies
January 2015 - Green Salads
February 2015 - Liver Support - no alcohol; turmeric, milk thistle, and dandelion
March 2015 - Smoothie Bowls
April 2015 - Yoga
May 2015 - Simple Healthy Toast
June 2015 - 10,000 steps
July 2015 - 7 cups of fruits & veggies per day
August 2015 - Wheat free/gluten free
September 2015 - Wake up at 6am and do core
October 2015 - No sugar
November 2015 - Water
December 2015 - Exercise
January 2016 - No wine
