wellbeing is subtle


Nutrition is subtle.

Supplementation is subtle.

Wellbeing is subtle.

Many times we try a new product or way of eating expecting to feel different right away.
Maybe we are hoping our energy increases. Maybe we are hoping for better sleep. Maybe we want more brain clarity.

With nutrition and supplements it can take time. Sometimes it takes a few weeks of using something or changing your diet before seeing and feeling changes.

And sometimes those changes are so subtle you don't notice yourself starting to feel better.

I often recommend making changes for a few weeks and then stopping. Sometimes you don't realize you have been feeling better until you go back to how you were before.
